In the USA, I discovered a deep passion for learning and sharing diverse cultures, sparking my interest in teaching language and culture. Witnessing students’ joy when they achieve language breakthroughs motivates me deeply.

My teaching philosophy centers on adapting to each student’s level and using everyday Japanese to make learning practical and enjoyable.

I specialize in teaching beginners up to JLPT 5, and outside of teaching, I enjoy watching Tarantino movies, thrift shopping, and sampling global cuisines—especially tacos! Despite my age, I still find beer too bitter, a sentiment my dad once predicted I would outgrow.
