Refunds

For the Live Zoom Courses, there is no refund.

If you require other services from Nihongodekita, there are refunds for Facebook and Instagram promotions within 30 days after a promotional ad has been published.

For One-on-One Lessons; Once lesson(s) have started, refunds will not be provided except in exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the teacher’s discretion. In most cases, you may want to reschedule a lesson. Again, please read the our terms and agreements.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund in such cases. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
